Terms of Service

THIS WAS US is a collaborative digital shared-memory service by Pinoks Creator Lab. Contributors must have authority to upload submitted content and must respect privacy, event rules and applicable law.

Content and moderation

Bullying, harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, doxxing and defamatory attacks are prohibited. Hosts and platform administrators may reject or remove content and suspend abusive access.

Purchases

Basic Page Entry is US$5 once per event. Each add-on is US$5; any three eligible standard add-ons cost US$12. The US$25 Final Edition is purchased separately by the host after Final Review. Only successful server-verified payments create entitlements.

Digital product only

THIS WAS US does not print or ship physical books. Customers may take the print-ready PDF to a printer of their choice.
